More About Jessica
What do you love most about your role at Liberty Financial Strategies?
I enjoy meeting clients where they are and doing what I can to address their unique needs, so that I can provide them with the most personalized and useful assistance possible.
What is your educational background?
I earned my B.A. in English from Boston College in 1996, and my M.A. in Theology (concentration in Biblical Studies) at Union Theological Seminary in the City of New York in 2001.
Volunteerism and Community Involvement
I look forward to exploring volunteer opportunities once I am established in the Lancaster area.
My husband and I have been happily married since 2004. Our families live all over the country, (mostly in New York and Florida), so we often combine vacations with visits.
Hobbies and Interests?
I am a baseball fan. I enjoy doing various types of puzzles. I wish I had more time for reading and baking. Every so often, I binge-crochet.
“From everyone to whom much has been given, much will be required; and, from the one to whom much has been entrusted, even more will be demanded.”
Best piece of advice you ever received?
It’s more implied than direct advice. My grandmother used to say that we can’t really understand someone else’s experience unless we walk a mile in his or her shoes. Often, it seems easy to jump to conclusions and judge people, and her words basically remind me that others have their “shoes,” and I have mine.
